These terms govern the licensing and use of audio software products, VST3 plugins (VPPEQ-1, VDC 2.0, VFPA 1.0), and standalone applications (DJ V-SCRATCH LIVE) published by vir2oseSOUND. When ordering, the contract of sale is concluded directly with our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd., subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Software products are distributed exclusively as digital downloads. Upon successful payment verification through Paddle, license keys and installation links are delivered immediately via electronic mail.
Purchasing a product grants the customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable Lifetime License to install and operate the software on their personal computers or studio workstations. Decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, unauthorized mass distribution, or key sharing is strictly prohibited.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their computer meets the minimum technical specifications:
• Windows 10 or 11 (64-Bit architecture)
• VST3 compatible host DAW (Cubase, Studio One, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Reaper, etc.) or standalone runtime
• Dedicated ASIO / WASAPI low-latency audio hardware for realtime audio and scratch emulation.
All prices are stated clearly during checkout. Applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) or Sales Tax is calculated, collected, and remitted automatically by Paddle based on the purchaser's billing location.
We believe in 100% transparency, quality, and user satisfaction. All vir2oseSOUND plugins and applications provide an unrestricted 14-day free trial. We strongly encourage every user to test audio quality, DSP latency, and hardware compatibility on their own studio machine before purchasing a license.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable digital sales regulations, the statutory right of withdrawal ceases once the digital license delivery has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the waiver during checkout.
If you encounter unexpected technical defects, licensing activation issues, or hardware incompatibilities that our engineering lab cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you are eligible for a refund in accordance with Paddle Buyer Terms within 14 days of purchase.
